The assembly when we present the children with their rewards (Stars & Smiles) is now held each THURSDAY.
JANUARY 2010
Dates for Diaries in the last newsletter indicated that the return to school would be Wednesday 6th January, sorry but this was a mistake. As per the school calendar, the children return to school on THURSDAY 7TH JANUARY as the Wednesday is an INSET day.
ASSEMBLIES
Forms 3, 4 & 5 have entertained us in recent weeks with assemblies on a variety of topics. All gave out strong messages and demonstrated the children’s ability and confidence at speaking in front of parents and their peers.
CHARITY FUNDRAISING
Harvest Festival was a great success and we would like to thank everyone again for their generosity - we sent all the produce to Chester Aid for The Homeless.
Jeans for Genes Day raised £100, which has been forwarded to this very worthwhile charity.
