From time to time we are able to offer scholarships and bursaries to pupils who could not otherwise afford full fees.
Our ability to fund scholarships and bursaries is dependent on the level of sponsorship we receive annually. From 10th January 2010 - 15th March 2010 we have a limited number of scholarships and bursaries available for children currently attending local state schools. Please contact the Headmistress directly for further details.
For alternative sources of financial assistance, you may wish to look under ‘Trusts and Grants’ We are very happy to discuss methods of fee payments with any prospective parents.
For pupils transferring to Merton House School from local independent schools in the Chester area, we offer the following facilities. We will match on a like for like basis their present fee scale for the life of the pupil at the school, with annual increases in line with RPI. Where a pupil joins us mid-term and has already paid full fees at his/her previous school, we will waive all fees for that term.
