School Fees - Nursery

The following relate to the enrolment and attendance of pupils in Nursery for the Academic Year 2007-2008.  Children are accepted for two or more sessions per week; full-time attendance consists of ten sessions i.e. one morning or one afternoon constitutes one session.  Fees are inclusive of Early Birds from 8.00am daily, all After School Care from 3.00pm – 5.00pm, books, materials and insurance. 


N.B. Nursery Classes are not held on School and Public Holidays and no deduction can be made in cases of illness or absence. 
Fees relating to a pupil enrolled after the beginning of a Term but before Half-Term will be those below.  For a pupil enrolled at or after Half-Term, 50% of the Tuition fee will be charged.

    Please note: Children in class for two sessions in one day are expected to take lunch on that day.  Lunches are optional (booked termly in advance) for those days where attendance is for a morning or afternoon session only.  We do not permit packed lunches. (We are not equipped to do so under Health Regulations and it is strictly contrary to school policy.)  Allergies, vegetarianism and specific dietary demands can and will be catered for by our caterers.  (Requests for the provision of these meals should be supported by a current doctor’s certificate).

    Accounts: Termly Accounts are due for settlement on the first day of the Term to which they apply or the first day of attendance, should that be later.  Supplementary accounts, where appropriate, are due on the date of receipt.  The school reserves the right to charge statutory interest of 8% on unpaid or late fees.

    N.B. In the absence of an agreement to the contrary, the school reserves the right to exclude pupils from school (until the situation is remedied) where fees are not settled promptly.
